If you follow the Sign In instructions and your
browser window closes, your computer has pop up blockers that were undetected.
Try this easy tip:
- Return to Sign In page & retype User ID and Password.
- BEFORE you click on the Sign In button, press the Ctrl key (lower left corner of keyboard) & while holding the key, click on Sign In.
- When asked "The Web page you are viewing is trying to close the window. Do you want
to close this window?" select Yes.
- This may bypass your pop up blockers. If not, check FAQs for more tips or call
